Upon completion of your order in our online shop your items will arrive at your chosen Thornbridge location within 5 working days (or 2 working days if you choose to collect from Riverside Brewery). Please check with the website of each Thornbridge location for the opening times or give them a call in advance to check your order has arrived.

We kindly request that all orders using this service are collected within a week of the delivery date otherwise they will be returned back to the brewery.

You can return goods that you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The cost(s) of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

Upon receipt of the goods, we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

If you wish to cancel your order:

You can notify us by email to luke.sanderson@thornbridge.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you; or where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with the terms and conditions.

Please ensure there will be someone available to sign for the package when it arrives.

Standard UK delivery is 3 – 5 working days. If you need a faster delivery then please get in touch.

All orders received by us are shipped subject to availability.

We reserve the right to ship products at a later date (up to 28 days after purchase) where the product ordered is not in stock at the time of purchase. In this situation you will be contacted and offered a full refund instead of delivery of the product.

We cannot be held responsible for disruption to shipping caused by industrial disputes or action outside our direct control. If such disruption occurs you will be offered delivery via an alternative delivery.

Ordering from us:

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process, you will be given the opportunity to check your order and correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. When we dispatch the order, the purchase contract will be made and will be charged, unless we have notified you that we don’t accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

We may refuse to accept an order:

• Where goods are not available.

• Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment.

• If you do not provide sufficient identification required when ordering certain items.

• If there has been a pricing or product description error; or

• If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

Delivery prices are quoted for UK Mainland only.

Larger orders may require extra delivery charges. We will provide information with 48 hours of your order being placed.

Your order will be dispatched within 7 days of payment being received.

You must be over 18 years of age to purchase alcohol. Proof of age may be requested upon delivery.

We reserve the right to reject any order where we feel the customer is not of the correct age to buy alcohol.

In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged on arrival please contact one of our team on 01629 815999 or luke.sanderson@thornbridge.co.uk and we will be happy to arrange a refund or replacement.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within seven days starting from the day after you take delivery of the goods (a cooling off period). You have the right to cancel for any reason without penalty. If you wish to cancel, please write to us stating your full details and invoice number within seven working days of the day after you took delivery. Once you have cancelled, you have a legal "duty of care" to take good care of the goods and return them, at your expense, to Thornbridge Brewery. We will refund you the full amount paid for the goods, less any cost incurred to collect them, within 30 days of receipt of the notice of cancellation.

Privacy Policy:

Customers, by providing their personal and account details, give Thornbridge Brewery the right to store their personal and account information to the extent necessary to process orders we do not store credit card information fro other purposes nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. All information is handled fully in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not store credit card details beyond

We will not disclose your personal information and account details to any third party for any purpose other than is required by law or is necessary to fulfil our obligations under this Agreement. Your details however will be shared with the brewery from which you buy the beer. If you wish to stop receiving email alerts of our promotional offers and newsletters, you may email info@thornbridge.co.uk. We will remove you from our list within 30 days.
